Open Configure > Tools > Voice Library and choose the ElevenLabs or OpenAI tab. The ElevenLabs list comes from the platform’s configured account voice source. Search across names, language, gender, accent, or category labels. Preview controls play a sample when one is available. The OpenAI tab shows the supported voice catalog with style descriptions and preview controls. Availability can depend on configured provider access. A voice preview is an audio sample; it does not validate your agent prompt, phone route, or entire conversation. After choosing a voice, open AI Agents and select it on the appropriate provider. Speech model and language compatibility are configured on the agent, separately from browsing this library.
