Settings & Profile and Team Management are secondary account guides. Open Account Settings from the app’s profile menu for settings such as Settings (profile menu) > Developer. They are not primary sidebar groups. Documentation Resources keeps this Welcome page and Getting Started separate from the application hierarchy. Team access can limit the pages and actions you see.
Prepare a conversation
- Create a voice agent or chat agent, then save its prompt and model.
- Add supported knowledge content and assign it to that agent.
- Check the saved agent with Talk to Agent or Test Chat, subject to the availability and credit requirements shown in the application.
- Connect a phone number and incoming connection, prepare an outbound campaign, or install a website widget for your channel.
- Review Call Logs, Chat Logs, and Analytics.
Feature availability depends on your account permissions, configured plan, enabled providers, and administrator rollout settings. A model or control described here may be unavailable in your deployment; use the current application messages and account limits. These guides describe the reviewed application source and do not certify a deployed environment.
