Open Account Settings from the application’s profile menu. The paths below use Settings (profile menu) to distinguish account pages from controls within a tool.

Profile & Company

Open Settings (profile menu) > Profile to update your first name, last name, company, and timezone, then save your changes. The profile form displays your email address as read-only. Your timezone is used for campaign scheduling. Review it before scheduling calls. Subscription status, period dates, and credit usage are available under Subscription, with plan comparisons under Plan.

Data Download

The Account tab includes a data-export action that downloads a JSON export of the data provided by the account export service. Account and password-management controls are also available in Settings.

API Keys

When REST API access is enabled for your plan and the feature is available, Settings (profile menu) > Developer shows API documentation and key management. Access is controlled by the plan’s API setting; check the tab’s availability rather than relying only on a plan name.
  1. Open Settings (profile menu) > Developer and click Create API Key.
  2. Give the key a descriptive name and choose only the permissions your integration needs.
  3. Optionally enter an IP whitelist for your server addresses.
  4. Create the key and save it securely immediately; the full secret is shown only once.
  5. Send it in the Authorization: Bearer header or the X-API-Key header for Public REST API requests.
The key list shows identifying information, permissions, and usage details. Regenerate replaces a key’s secret and invalidates the old secret. Delete removes a key that is no longer needed. See Authentication and API Security. The hosted API reference remains available at app.callgency.ai/api/docs.

KYC Verification

KYC approval may be required before renting phone numbers. Open Settings (profile menu) > KYC Documents and upload the documents requested by the form: Submit the completed set for review and check the displayed status: pending, submitted, approved, or rejected. If rejected, review the reason and correct the documents before resubmitting.

Addresses

Use Settings (profile menu) > Addresses to manage the verified address information required by some number providers and countries. A country may require a local address or accept any verified address. Follow the message shown during the phone-number purchase.

Team Access

The Team tab appears when Team Management is available. Team creation, members, and custom roles also require the corresponding plan allowances. See Team Management.
