Team Management gives colleagues their own logins and role-based access to your account’s workspace.
The feature must be installed and enabled, and your plan must allow team management. Member and custom-role allowances are configured separately. Check the limits shown for your team rather than assuming access from a plan name.

Inviting Team Members

The current dashboard creates member accounts directly:
  1. Open Settings (profile menu) > Team.
  2. If you have no team yet, click Create Team.
  3. In Members, click Add Member.
  4. Enter an email address, first and last name, a password of at least eight characters, and a role.
  5. Click Add Member and check the member list.
  6. Share the displayed Team Login URL and initial credentials with the member through a secure channel.
The form creates a member login; it does not send an email invitation automatically. The member list shows role, status, and last login when available.

Member Actions

Roles & Permissions

Open Roles & Permissions and select a role to inspect its permission matrix. Assign only the access needed for the member’s work.

System Roles

The built-in roles are read-only in the permission editor: Use the displayed permission matrix for the precise operations granted to a role.

Custom Roles

When custom roles are allowed and the plan’s role limit has room, click Create Role. Enter a display name and optional description, and optionally copy permissions from an existing role. Select the new role, configure its permission matrix, and save the changes. The permission editor includes these areas: Reassign members before deleting a custom role that they use. Plan and feature restrictions still apply even when a role grants a related permission.

Activity Logs

The Activity Logs tab provides a searchable list of recorded team activity, including the action, actor information, and time where available. Use it to review recorded member and role changes; it is not a guarantee that every action in every subsystem appears in this list.
