Open Monitor > Call Logs for saved conversations. The default Real Calls scope excludes records marked as tests. Choose Test Calls for Talk to Agent and other test records, or All Calls to include both.

Search and filter

Use search and the status, sentiment, direction, lead-quality, and call-scope controls. The current status choices include Completed, Failed, and In Progress; direction is Incoming or Outgoing. Separate tabs show All Calls, calls with transcripts, and calls with recordings. Export downloads the call metadata loaded by the page, including IDs, numbers, contact names, status, direction, duration, classification, sentiment, campaign, agent, engine, and creation time. The current CSV action uses the loaded call collection, so do not assume display filters restrict the exported rows.

Open a call

A call detail record shows available metadata, agent/campaign context, summary and analysis, transcript, and recording. Test records display a Test Call badge so you can distinguish them from production phone activity. Transcripts contain the messages captured for that route. Sentiment, lead classification, and summary appear only when produced; a completed transport status does not mean a business outcome was achieved.

Recordings

Play and download a recording only when the record has one available. Processing can take time; the recording panel provides a retry action for retrieval errors. OpenAI website voice sessions do not provide server-side audio recordings through this call view. Voice Only tests expose recording availability according to the saved session/provider privacy policy. A transcript does not imply that an audio recording exists. See Talk to Agent for browser test behavior and Live Calls for active telephony supervision.
