Open Configure > Tools > Contacts for the unified contact database. The page loads deduplicated contacts from campaign and call records, grouped by phone number. Search by available names, phone, or email. Each row shows available contact details, status, source, and associated call/campaign counts. Open a contact for more information and its linked activity. Export Contacts downloads the loaded full contact collection as CSV; it does not use the display search to produce a filtered export. Use the deletion confirmation to review a selected contact before removal. Contact data can be incomplete when a caller did not provide details or an import did not include them. Review Leads separately for qualification, AI categories, and pipeline analysis. For campaign imports, use the CSV template in Batch Calling.
