Open Configure > Workflows > Flow Logs. This page shows available execution records for flow-based calls. Search by flow, contact, call ID, summary, or error text, and use the status filter to narrow the list. Summary cards count total, completed, failed, and running executions. Open an execution to inspect its status, timing, duration, available variables, path taken, error, and conversation context. Follow the linked call when you need its transcript or recording. The data available depends on the execution and provider. The current page supports deleting an execution log after confirmation. It does not offer a Retry execution action or a date-range filter. Deleting a log does not rerun the flow. If a run failed, inspect the error, correct the saved flow or provider configuration, and deliberately start a new supported test or campaign run when appropriate.
