The Integrations page shows the Callgency integration catalog, connected accounts, and available actions. Search by app name or category to find services such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.
Availability depends on your plan, provider configuration, connection health, and administrator controls. A catalog listing or connected account does not by itself enable every action for an agent.

Connecting an Integration

  1. Open Configure > Integrations and search for an app.
  2. Review the integration card and any availability or plan message.
  3. Click Connect when available. Allow the authorization popup if your browser blocks it.
  4. Complete the provider’s sign-in or connection instructions and review the requested permissions.
  5. Return to Callgency and check the connection status. Authorization can remain pending while the connection is checked.
  6. Configure the intended agent’s integration assignments and permitted actions before expecting it to use the connection.
Native integrations can show a Manage action that opens their configuration page instead of an authorization popup. Follow the controls presented for that integration.

Available Integration Categories

These examples describe the catalog. The options shown to your account can be restricted, unavailable, or awaiting configuration. Manage telephony in Phone Numbers and SIP Trunks.

Plan Availability

The external app connection policy applies these limits to supported external toolkits: Eligibility for background triggers does not mean every app offers a trigger or that execution is enabled. Native HTTP, webhooks, and administrator-controlled MCP use their own controls. Plan changes can suspend accounts that exceed the new limits.

Managing Connected Integrations

Open an integration’s details to review its connected accounts, health, permissions, and usage information when available. You can reconnect an account that needs authorization, connect another account within your allowance, or disconnect an account. If agent actions are paused or disabled, the page displays a status message. You may still be able to manage saved connections and permissions. Restore plan eligibility, authorization, or administrator configuration as indicated by the message.

Public REST API and Custom REST API

These features serve different directions of integration:

Custom REST API

Open Configure > Tools > Custom REST API when the shortcut is available, or its card under Configure > Integrations. The Tools shortcut uses the same account-filtered catalog; it is hidden when Custom REST API is unavailable. Custom REST API is shown only to accounts admitted by the current rollout policy. Its availability can be disabled, limited to a canary account, or opened to eligible customers by an administrator. API key access to the Public REST API does not grant Custom REST API access. Custom MCP Server is also subject to separate administrator controls and is marked alpha in the catalog.
